Introduction to the system:
This site allows users to upload sheet music and other media for display using enhanced database and organizational features. We are also a streaming online radio network advertising and displaying music from transcribers.
Getting started:
Create a user account, hover to the top left navigation bar and go to create.
Currently you can:
- Create a request
- Submit a sheet, midi, mp3, and external link
- Submit a tutorial or performance
Content that is uploaded does not automatically appear in the sheet database until a moderator approves it. Although the site has a system to check for duplicate files in case people try to upload the same file or create the same request, moderators still check through all files manually to to ensure there are no duplicates, spam, or fraudulent posts before approving it. If your sheet or file did not get approved, moderators will comment on what needs to be changed in that files revision log before it is accepted.
The request section is another highlight of the site. Many solo transcribers get huge amounts of requests and end up halting them because it is too overwhelming. With this system, all requests are saved to a database where any transcriber on the site can respond to a request that can be made by any user and everyone can see the status (as well as vote to support the request) or make comments on it. Users can also specify if they would like a specific transcriber on the site to arrange it or not. However, transcribers have no obligations to fulfill any requests.

The site is based on a moderator approve upload system. The site strives to make searching as simple as possible. More than often, people may know what the song sounds like, but not know what it is called, who it is by, or where it came from. The systems implemented on this site help encourage users to include accurate metadata.
